Introducing TubeAlfred: YouTube tools for operators, not creators
Most YouTube tools are built for creators chasing views and subscribers. TubeAlfred is built for operators turning YouTube into a revenue channel.
Operators are founders running SaaS, selling courses, offering services. They use YouTube for customer acquisition, not entertainment. Their metrics are signups, trials, and revenue — not watch time.
That's the entire focus of TubeAlfred.
Creators optimize differently than operators
Creators optimize:
- Views
- Subscribers
- Watch time
- Ad revenue
Operators optimize:
- Signups
- Revenue
- Customer acquisition
- Competitive intelligence
The existing YouTube tools serve creators well. But operators are left filling the gaps with manual work. TubeAlfred closes that gap with focused tools built specifically for YouTube operators.
What TubeAlfred includes
TubeAlfred is a suite of YouTube tools for operators. Each tool solves a specific problem that operators hit repeatedly when using YouTube as a business channel.
ChapterFast — YouTube chapters for discoverability
ChapterFast generates AI-powered YouTube chapters in seconds, right inside YouTube Studio. Multiple specialized modes for different content types.
Why this matters for operators: chapters make your content discoverable. Search engines index them. AI tools cite chaptered videos. The platform's own search surfaces them. Without chapters, your content is invisible to the systems that could be sending you qualified traffic.

TubeHarvest — mine competitor YouTube comments for customer insights
TubeHarvest exports YouTube comments at scale with full threaded replies, straight to CSV.
TubeAlfred mines competitor YouTube comments to extract real customer pain points. Here's what that unlocks for operators:
- Customer research: Pain points, objections, and feature requests in your audience's own words, pulled directly from competitor video comments.
- Content ideas: Questions that keep appearing in comment sections are video topics with proven demand.
- Competitor intelligence: Unfiltered feedback on competitor products, showing what's working and what's failing.
- Social proof: Testimonials and positive sentiment you can reference in your own marketing.
Comment sections are one of the most underused data sources for operators. TubeHarvest makes them accessible.
No subscriptions on either tool. ChapterFast uses credits that never expire. TubeHarvest is a one-time purchase.
Building TubeAlfred with Vikash
I'm building TubeAlfred with Vikash K Prajapat.
Vikash grew Bulk Mockup using YouTube as his primary acquisition channel. He knows exactly where the tooling gaps are because he hit every one of them.
I bring the engineering. Vikash brings the operational experience. When he says "I needed this YouTube tool and it didn't exist," that becomes the TubeAlfred roadmap.
ChapterFast came from Vikash forgetting to add chapters before publishing. TubeHarvest came from him manually scrolling through competitor comment sections trying to extract customer research. Real operator problems, not hypothetical ones.
What's next for TubeAlfred
We have more tools planned. One idea we're validating is attribution — tracking which videos actually drive signups, trials, and sales.
We're shipping one tool at a time, making each one solid before moving to the next.
